SEIKO SKA293 Kinetic Watch
Overview
The Seiko SKA293 "Big Boy / Boss" (5M62-0AY0) is a 45mm men's kinetic watch with a stainless steel case and a black analog dial protected by hardlex crystal. It uses a 5M62 caliber quartz movement that cannot be manually wound but can be hacked (the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out). The watch should run for up to 6 months when fully charged and will recharge when moved.

The case of the SKA293 measures approximately 45mm wide (not including the crown) by 14mm thick and is water resistant to 200 meters. This should be sufficient for splashes, rain, baths, showers, swimming and even scuba diving. The crown screws down to help prevent it from being accidentally pulled out while under water. The stainless steel bezel shows minute numbering and can be rotated. The gap between the lugs is 22mm and the bracelet band can be adjusted to fit using a link removal tool or removed using a band removal tool to be replaced with another band.
Transform the look of this watch by adding a 22mm leather band such as a Hadley Roma, Hirsch or Crown & Buckle.
