SEIKO SGT234 Kinetic Watch
Overview
The Seiko SGT234 (5M22-6A90) is a 42mm men's kinetic watch with a stainless steel case and a blue analog dial protected by hardlex crystal. It uses a 5M22 caliber quartz movement that cannot be manually wound but can be hacked (the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out). The watch should run for up to 72 hours when fully charged and will recharge when moved.

The case of the SGT234 measures approximately 42mm wide (not including the crown) by 10mm thick and is water resistant to 50 meters. This should be sufficient for splashes, rain, baths & showers but is not recommended for swimming or diving. The crown does not screw down which increases the risk that it could be pulled out accidentally while under water. The stainless steel bezel shows minute numbering and is fixed (cannot be rotated). The gap between the lugs is 18mm and the bracelet band can be adjusted to fit using a link removal tool or removed using a band removal tool to be replaced with another band.
