SEIKO Diver SHF008 Kinetic Watch
Overview
The Seiko SHF008 "Baby Golden Tuna" (5M23-6A10) is a 43mm men's kinetic watch with a stainless steel case and a black analog dial protected by hardlex crystal. It uses a 5M23 caliber quartz movement that cannot be manually wound but can be hacked (the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out). The watch should run for up to 72 hours when fully charged and will recharge when moved.

The case of the SHF008 measures approximately 43mm wide (not including the crown) by 13mm thick and is water resistant to 200 meters. This should be sufficient for splashes, rain, baths, showers, swimming and even scuba diving. The crown screws down to help prevent it from being accidentally pulled out while under water. The stainless steel bezel shows minute numbering and can be rotated. The gap between the lugs is 20mm and the rubber band can be removed using a band removal tool to be replaced with another band.

- Date window to show the day of the month. Note that some watches may be damaged if you attempt to change the date between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM, in which case you should change the time to be outside that range first then reset the time after adjusting the date. Check your watch manual for details.
- Power reserve indicator button which causes one of the hands to move to show the remaining power level
