SEIKO Chrono SLQ017 Kinetic Watch
Overview
The Seiko Sportura SLQ017 (9T82-0AD0) is a 42mm men's kinetic watch with a stainless steel case and a black analog dial protected by sapphire crystal. It uses a 9T82 caliber quartz movement that cannot be manually wound but can be hacked (the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out). The watch should run for up to 1 month when fully charged and will recharge when moved.

The case of the SLQ017 measures approximately 42mm wide (not including the crown) by 13mm thick and is water resistant to 100 meters. This should be sufficient for splashes, rain, baths, showers & swimming (shallow diving) but is not recommended for scuba diving. The crown does not screw down which increases the risk that it could be pulled out accidentally while under water. The stainless steel bezel is fixed (cannot be rotated). The gap between the lugs is 20mm and the bracelet band can be adjusted to fit using a link removal tool but may be difficult to replace with another band due to the shape of the lugs.
