The case of the 782/89GLD measures approximately 39mm wide (not including the crown) by 11mm thick and is water resistant to 50 meters. This should be sufficient for splashes, rain, baths & showers but is not recommended for swimming or diving. The gold plated steel bezel is fixed (cannot be rotated). The gap between the lugs is 20mm and the leather band can be removed using a band removal tool to be replaced with another band.
